Midlife is a time we come face to face with lots of things in our life. For some, it feels like they’re having a midlife crisis, triggered by changes such as:
•An empty nest,
•An empty house due to divorce or the unexpected loss of a loved one, or partner/spouse,
•The realization that you may never have that dream career you had hoped for, or
•Lived in the location you promised yourself “someday,” or
•An unexpected health diagnosis, or
•A higher level of awareness about physical changes you’re noticing about yourself.
In this video, I share about how we can leverage changes at midlife to be a catalyst for a happier, more fulfilling life instead of a crisis that deteriorates our wellbeing and hinders our ability to enjoy life.
