Gratitude is defined as “the quality or feeling of being grateful or thankful.”
We can feel grateful for little things to big things as size or scale doesn’t matter when it comes to gratitude – it’s about how it makes us feel more positive and uplifted.
When we’re aware of the things in our life we’re grateful for and acknowledge them regularly, we can rewire our brain in ways that positively impact our level of happiness and improve our overall wellbeing.
