Months ago, we heard from our news sources that the Covid-19 pandemic would be almost over by late summer. Things have turned out to be very different from what we expected, leaving many of us fatigued in ways we could never imagine.

Today, our news stories focus on a new reality from schools /universities /businesses struggling about opening/not opening to employees reaching a tipping point of overwhelm by the thought of educating their kids at home between zoom calls this Fall.

The solution is NOT to give up or wallow in despair…instead, one of the best things we can do is to renew our ability to be resilient now, so we can feel calmer and more confident, which will help us breathe easier through the rough patches.

In this video, I share my insights as well as tips from Dr. Rick Hanson, a psychologist and author, about how we can become more resilient.

All the best,

Jennell
