Are you thinking about what you want to experience in 2022? Have you gotten as far as writing down your New Year’s resolutions?

People expect to succeed at accomplishing their New Year’s resolutions throughout the year, but sadly about 80% of New Year’s resolutions fail by the 2nd week of February.

Why is that? Are they too challenging? Are they not what WE want but what we think others want us to do?

There are all kinds of reasons for such a high failure rate, but I know an approach that has worked much better for me and for my clients.

In a very short video, I share about that approach and why it has helped me and others accomplish more each year with less stress, greater ease, and a deeper level of satisfaction.
